We have outlined the different steps for the valued employers that are usually involved in our services:
Step 1: On receipt of your Demand Letter, Power of Attorney in original & Specimen copy of contract agreement, we will sort out suitable CVs from our databank and web posting. In case we do not have enough CVs as per your requirement, we will send you the draft of advertisement for the approval of the date and budget, and then it will be advertised in newspapers.
Step 2: We will then invite your delegates for an interview at the desired venue. We will call the short-listed candidates and others if any for interview.
Step 3: The selected candidates will be sent for a medical examination for confirming their fitness.
Step 4: Then you will process the visa and send to us.
Step 5: We will intimate you regarding the expected date of travel for these candidates and will request you to send PTA (Paid Travel Advice) for the same.
Step 6: As per the mutual agreement, the invoice if any, should be cleared prior to the departure of the candidates.
